georgetown loop railroad

on sunday, we rode the georgetown loop railroad with ryker and his family. it was so much fun to ride on a real choo choo with family and friends. we all then went into town to eat lunch. ryker and i were a handful at the restaurant, but what else do you expect from two kiddos who skipped a nap. the day was so much fun.

mommy and daddy were three days late in posting my birthday pic. oh well, i guess i should be happy they remembered. thus is the life of the second born.

my night on stage

tonight we went with eliana and her parents to a fall festival at southeast christian church. we got lots of candy, had balloons made into animals, ate some cotton candy and played all kinds of fun games. but the highlight of the night was dancing on stage. they even played "free ride", which is a song i love to dance to. it was a terrific night with family and friends.

while we were in albuquerque for the balloon fiesta, were were fortunate enough to have our friend amy grebe take some pics of our family. even though everett cried for most of the session, amy was still able to get some great pics of him. and owen definitely kept her on the move chasing him down all over the garden. she's a talented photographer and we're so thankful she was available during our visit, even in her very pregnant state!

today we went to the park to take some pictures of me and eliana. we were wearing hats made by mommy and shirts made by eliana's mommy (her clothes can be bought at her etsy site, patches and puppies). who needs to shop when you have mommies as talented as ours.

owen is going to make a terrific steelers fan. both my boys may have been born in denver, but i'm going to raise them to be steeler fans like their daddy. go steelers!

we got daddy some decals for his birthday to put on our family suv. of course we took it to another level with the theme of the decals. we are now officially a steelers family for all the world to see.
