our great grandma simma passed away last week. since mommy is pregnant and due soon, we unfortunately had to make the hard decision not to travel to albuquerque for the services. so today we honored her at a park with flowers and her favorite treat, chocolate truffles. we each put a purple or pink flower (her favorite colors!) in the water as our way of saying goodbye and then opened up a box of truffles and enjoyed one of her favorite goodies together. goodbye ema simma, we love you and will always remember you.
